Clearly display which problem the student was working on for the current backup #71
Description
Currently when a user views a student's submission, it is not immediately clear which problem the student was working on. Users have to either infer from the Assignment Progress panel...
...or they have to hover over a timeline button and realize the tooltip tells them the current problem:
Update the student submission page so that it's immediately clear to the user which problem the student was working on (use the same source of truth as the timeline button tooltip).
