CLI Option to run tests on specific AT's

As we're debugging consistency issues (that are mostly on VO), have a way to run only VO tests would speed up the debugging process quite a bit. I think we can add a CLI flag to run either NVDA, VO or default to running all AT's.

cc @ccanash I'm assigning this to @gnarf but can probably also take this on if @gnarf has too much this week. I would say this low-med priority.

short term workaround would be to manually change this bit of code:

Maybe we can make testingMatrix a function that produces the desired matrix based on cli params passed in...
