Indentation database example near field_map is wrong when copying

When using the example database form from https://bolt.github.io/boltforms/saving-to-contenttype-database.html the indentation on the `field_map` line goes wrong resulting in a `parse error near field_map` 

The indentation seems fine on the github repo when looking a the preview so maybe the online docs tool does something weird with it?
