Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on vertical tab in Brave setting
2. type something in the address bar (and it expanded automatically to the border of browser's window)

Actual result

When vertical tabs are enabled the address bar expanded to the top and touches the top border of the browser window

Expected result

It should be just rounded address bar like before entering stuff.
