Support link detection for mixed font styles

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For example, our other recommendations in the screenshot is a link. But currently it doesn't get recognized as a link because we send the whole paragraph to the ML backend for classification (Figma link):

If there are mixed font styles, send each segment to ML backend for classification.
