Source directory published to npm

Someone pointed out to me that the source directory is published to npm. Don't do that as it's not used by anything and is bloat.

oh thanks! previously i was not using rollup and TS and publishing src directly but now with rollup n babel it really can be removed. Thanks! I will remove it in next commit
