Add a notifcation menu

I would find it useful if there was a notification menu, where you can view past notifications that u didn't react to

Just saying id really appreciate if the notifs menu making could be thought about, I am not always behind my pc, so a notification menu would let me know if I missed something

a status bar toggle option would be nice just like the bluetooth one

I already opened a PR with the notification center as a status bar icon (#497), but it hasn’t been merged yet 😕

they prob want to implement it some other way like another menu in the dashboard or side of the screen

This exists now btw, just click and drag out from the top right edge of the screen

I wish there was an option to make it appear on edge hover instead of needing to click+drag it out though
