animations choppier than in the video

i have a 144hz screen but the animations look like they are moving in 60hz, my monitor is set in 144hz, i have 2 other 60hz screens but i dont know if that is relative please help how do i make them smoother?

Check with hyprctl monitors all if your monitor is config with @144hz like this:
