Issue Summary

Users without a team plan can toggle Cal Video premium settings (recording, transcription, guest controls).
These features should be only avaliable in team-only plan according to upgrade badge.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as a free-tier user or user without a team plan.
2. Navigate to Event Types → Edit → Location → Cal Video Advance settings.
3. Observe that all toggles are active.

Actual Results

• All toggles are currently interactive even for free or individual premium users.

Expected Results

• Toggles should be disabled when !hasTeamPlan and surface UpgradeTeamsBadge.

Technical details

• Security: Users can attempt to enable features they don't own.
• UX: Behavior is inconsistent with other paid/premium features.
