Add Storybook support for component development and preview

Feature Description

I'd like to see an official integration with Storybook so I can develop and visualize components in isolation, without having to launch the application every time I make an interface change.

Problem Statement

Currently, every layout change requires launching the app and navigating to the relevant screen.
This slows down interface development, especially when you want to quickly test different theme variations, sizes, content, or component states.

Proposed Solution

An official Storybook integration that allows rendering of Voltra components.
