Ansi Color Scheme Mode

Hey! Fellow contributor and long-time user of this plugin 😁

I'm wondering if anyone has experimented with converting a custom color theme to use cterm values and normalize the color palette to the 16 bit terminal colors.

I've experimented with ansi neovim color schemes and there isn't as much support for integrations as catppuccin :)

I might experiment with this but wanted to ask the community first.
