Handle blocklist file versions

The dns block-stamp is versioned and that is handled. filetag.json (built by serverless-dns/blocklists) will be versioned as well (no version is version 1) and gotrie needs to handle that.

Also, other blocklist files will be versioned as well, which can be gleaned from the metadata.json.
