[FR] Respect Android's "Auto-sync data" setting

I've just switched to BasicSync. I've read your statement of likely turning down requests.
I can always pause the service manually, so my request would be only a convenience factor, but maybe you find it useful too.

Could you post a screenshot of this setting? I'm not familiar with it and can't find it on my device (or I'm searching for the wrong thing).

On most Androids it is in the "Users & Accounts" section, and mostly also available in the dropdown shortcuts too. The funny thing is, you can't find it in the Settings via search 😧 while this is an important setting. It governs the sync state of all registered accounts globally as you can see it in the screenshot.

Syncthing-Fork provides this feature somewhere along the line:

Ah, thanks! I found it.

I'll take a look after work today. At first glance, checking the status of the setting and monitoring for changes appears to be pretty easy. It just requires an additional READ_SYNC_SETTINGS permission.
