Is it possible to adjust this to be prompted for the heading?

As I understand it, this prompts for choice from a file list:
const pickedFile = await params.quickAddApi.suggester( (file) => file.basename, params.app.vault.getMarkdownFiles() );

Is it possible to adjust it for a heading prompt where the file has already been assigned in a capture choice?
(That is, prompts of the headings in the existing, previously specified file.)
