Adjust checkout instructions for RecallM

Unless there is a need for the rest of the DeepVision repo, a less invasive git cloning/checkout instruction would be:

git clone --depth 1 --no-checkout git@github.com:cisco-open/DeepVision.git
cd DeepVision
git sparse-checkout set recallm
git checkout
```
