Request modification in the tutorial inputs #350
Description
From the Cyclus webpage tutorials:

The last two tutorial inputs, named 'Recycle Input' and 'DeployInst Input', should be corrected.
The 'Recycle Input' does not recycle the fresh_mox in the ALWR.
The 'DeployInst Input' would not run. (After execution, error message occurs)
The attached .xml files are the proposed corrected ones.

One who is familiar with Cyclus can easily recognise the modifications (corrections) compared to the ones uploaded on the webpage.
