Downloading speed of coder-linux-amd64 is very slow

I noticed that the workspace takes significantly longer than usual to become ready. It appears to be downloading coder-linux-amd64 from the following URL:
https://h2j442uk95a62.pit-1.try.coder.app/bin/coder-linux-amd64

The download speed is around 30 KB/s, which seems unusually slow and may be causing the delay.
