Output SSH and SFTP info in machine readable format

To help customers automate, `cr sftp` and `cr ssh` commands should accept an `--out json|env` argument to output in either JSON or ENV style format.

Example:
```
cr ssh --out env

CR_USER=example
CR_HOST=example.codered.cloud
CR_PASSWORD=******
...
```
