How to update the llama.cpp version used in ramalama?

I need a newer version of llama.cpp to use a newer model, how do I update the llama.cpp version being used in ramalama?

I am actually doing it here: #1874

Open an issue to tell us to update to latest version of open a PR like the above to get us to update.

We currently do not use renovate for fear of updating to a bad update. Although we really do not know if the update is good or bad, and hope that the CI/CD system will find issues.
