Failed to connect to server

Hi there,

I installed nvpy through pip, put nvpy.cfg file to %HOMEPATH% and the interface appeared fine, it was trying to sync full list with Simplenote but got error. Below is the what's in the nvpy.log:

I can login and see all the notes from simplenote.com, the login credential is good.

The error message failed to connect to the server occurs when an IOError happens during the process of obtaining simplenote's access token.

The log has a 21-second gap. A TimeoutError (a subclass of IOError) is the most likely cause.

Please check the following:

1. Try restarting nvpy. Check if synchronization is successful.
2. If the issue persists, please verify that your firewall or security software is not blocking communication with the following URLs:
   • https://auth.simperium.com/*
   • https://api.simperium.com/*

The problem is on https://auth.simperium.com/ that appears is down. Using the browser is returning this error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Nvpy retries during background sync operations. However, it does not retry during the initial full sync. Modifying it to perform retries might alleviate this issue.
