(guacamole) volume issue when receiving notifications

Bug description

When a video / music is playing sound is at a normal level until I receive a notification, then the volume is lower and don't come back up unless I pause and play.

Steps to reproduce

1. Play a video on YouTube / watch a stream on twitch
2. Receive a message/notification
3. The volume lowers itself and don't come back up

Or second scenario:

1. Play music in Android auto (in my case Spotify)
2. Receive a message/notification
3. The volume is considerably lower and don't come back up unless I pause and play the music

Relevant log (logcat/build log)

Nothings shows up in logcat or I can't find something relevant to the issue
