Bug description

Swiping the status bar to control brightness has not worked since qpr2 was merged.

Steps to reproduce

Step 1. Go to crDroid settings. Step 2. Go to STATUS BAR. Step 3. Under Gestures, enable "Brightness control" Step 4. Attempt to swipe the status bar to modify screen brightness.
