Add Edge to Linux/arm64 browser images

Add Microsoft Edge to Linux/arm64 browser images if / when this browser becomes available for arm64 on Linux.

Why is this needed?

Edge is needed on Linux/arm64 to complement the availability on Linux/amd64 Cypress Docker images.

There has been no movement from Microsoft to provide a Linux/ARM64 version of Microsoft Edge.

https://packages.microsoft.com/repos/edge/pool/main/m/microsoft-edge-stable/ still shows only *amd64.deb packages for download.

The feature request cannot be implemented without the availability of the corresponding browser.

If Microsoft does announce availability of Microsoft Edge for Linux/ARM64, then this issue should be reopened.
