qvh record errors

When I start recording a video stream, the following errors occur.
Please help who can.
Same error when running as superuser

sudo ./qvh record /var/www/out.h264 /var/www/out.wav

If try to use this commant
./qvh gstreamer

I see that there is this error "failed connecting to usb", but I can not understand how to solve it and even where to start.

I will be grateful for help
