Solving Genie dependcy

Describe the issue

We are deploy Genie together with local tables.

We are facing in deployment the circular issue.

1. Genie needs local table during deployment
2. Local table is not materialized after bundle run.
3. Genie deployment fail because of missing local table error out entire deploy command, thus table materialization never be able to run.

To experts:

1. We are now using select to put Genie to the end. However, I want to ask, can we de-select Genie only?
2. Can we explicit postpone Genie, if possible?

This seems related to #6000

Were you able to parameterise the genie space into serialized_space with reference to the table resource? In that case, DABs should automatically model the dependency and not deploy genie space until after the table is deployed.

Do you have a minimal example to reproduce this issue that you could share?
