Load Custom Functions from RuleSet

I would like to have the possibility for reusability to be able to reference functions from my ruleset, where i can specify a catalog where it's defined and which function files i have, like following:

functionsDir: functions
functions:

• is-valid-schema
• is-valid-path

Would as well be nice to somehow be able to use functions from url to be able have vacuum ruleset setup with custom js functions on a host.

@daveshanley suggestion would perhaps that it should work with base property and relative path, if changes should be done and be able to flip it.

I have no idea my good sir. One thing everyone should always expect from me is that I have no timelines and no dates to give. I just code when I can.

@daveshanley I was thinking back on this, i think a good way to handle it would be if you reference a ruleset from an url inside of vacuum.conf.yaml or extends it in another ruleset, then it should know that way it should reuse the url to grab the functions. Otherwise it's only a local ruleset, it should then reference it on the local path.

Another suggestion would be that you could enrich --functions argument as well to work with loading functions from a url and make that option available in vacuum.conf.yaml.
