A drogon developer script that loads the user's inventory with units for testing

The goal of this script would be to launch a drogon UI element that allows the user to inject unit data into the ``gme.sqlite`` file in the server repo. ``gme.sqlite``'s file is generated after the first successful load of the client and server pair if missing from the ``server > deploy`` folder.
