Add path to artifacts when creating Nulecule

I have my provider files (e.g. kubernetes) in a local directory that I want to package as an atomic app. I would like an option like --artifacts <path/to/my/artifacts/dir> and da create ... would add the files to the Nulecule artifacts object.
