Add ability to select publication status and parent for new menu items

in the admin navigation manager, above "Quick-Add to Menu", we should have inputs for parent & publication status. When an "Add to Menu" button is clicked, the new menu item should have the selected parent and pub status

I see you added this for the "Links" quick-add type. Is there any way to make them into global inputs so that we don't have to repeat them with every single quick add type?

If not, don't worry about it. It's not such a big deal to add them to each quick add type

Each Quick Type is there own form, so that complicates things, we could
move the HTML to the HTML Class, and just add something like
