After making it possible to install this from pypi, it makes sense to allow users to install iSponsorBlockTV as a service

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a service install command that will create a service for the specific system service (windows?, macOS launchd, linux systemd...)

Additional context
Allowing to (re)start/stop the service would also be nice
