Hi @dnbaker

I’m currently working with dashing, performing asymmetric comparisons between sets of genomes using the -F and -Q flags. I’ve noticed that the output generated only includes the labels for the rows, but not for the columns (I don’t have the same issue when performing symmetrical comparisons):

MGYG000080819.fasta.gz 0.0363702 0.0356164 0.032217 0.0363702 0.0356164 0.0395911 0.0407228

How could I find out the identity of each one of the columns?
