Unable to access my Ente Auth account / lost OTP codes

I’m unable to access my Ente Auth account because I no longer have the code or the recovery information linked to it.
Could you please assist me in resetting my account or deleting the existing one so I can set up a new Ente Auth profile?

My account is registered under the email address [email protected] .
