[BUG] Issue with Missing Lines in Exam Questions on Evalify #32

What Happened?
We conducted an exam on Evalify over the past two weeks using the same question bank. In the first week, there were no issues, and all questions appeared correctly for the students. However, in the second week, some students reported that certain lines were missing from the questions.
I checked the question bank, and the questions appear correctly there. However, the students were still seeing incomplete questions during the exam.
Could you please investigate this issue, remove the affected questions from the bank, and re-evaluate the impacted students accordingly?
