[BUG] Re-evaluate Questions and Update Options in Evalify

What Happened?

This issue is faced by AIDS students for the subject EOC2.
On 20/1/25, students had attempted 39 questions but it was shown as 40 questions not attempted.

The screenshots are provided below, in which both expected answers and given answers are shown. The options need to be changed to expected answer and need to re-evaluate.

Also on 20/1/25, the question "Which register is commonly used to store intermediate values for calculations in Hack assembly?", this question is repeated 6 times and should be changed to 1 question, also mention option B mentioning D register is correct.

For the question, "Which ROM address are taken for below HP?", HP is missing in the question.

For rest of questions, please change the correct option to expected answer and re-evaluate

change correct answers given to expected answer and re-evaluate. Also one questionn is repeating 6 times, pls correct it. For one question, HP is missing.

change option D as push argument 2 and also make the correct answer as options B and D.
