Write a transport for TSLog to allow consumption of TW logs into some log aggregator. Currently I have to grep the log files if I want to help a user which is not great.
This should also allow us to better "sense" the health of Thread-Watcher.
We must make sure this is easily configurable as to not add yet another forced requirement
