Many to many relationship does not work

I migrated my database version and in the migrated version I did set up a many-to-many relationship.
The app crashes after this when it tries to create the persistent store.
Is many-to-many relationship not supported in EncryptedDATAStack yet ?
Any work around you would suggest to get this work ?

You might need to use the 2.0 branch:

pod 'EncryptedDATAStack', '~> 2.0.0'
