Android Studio Otter 2 Feature Drop | 2025.2.2 | Never ending Dart Analyzer | No option to "Scope analyzer to current package"

Otter has removed the option to "scope the Dart analyzer to the current package", it was present in pre-Otter versions. Now every time I open AS the Analyzer never stops analysing and my project has thousands of dart files. This eventually slows down my builds

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Open AS Otter in a large flutter project with multiple packages
2. Observe the Analyzer
3. Analysis keeps going on the background endlessly until the Mac hangs

I face the same issue on my end. Gemini suggested to use Filter option under Dart Analytics, but it does not seem to work the same way scope the Dart analyzer to the current package does.
