Setup this because we really need to get some place to get downloads accessible again. We really don't need to be putting them here in a git repo, @stump has the fofix.org domain that we have yet to use. I think we should setup downloads at the fofix.org domain, i can host it or stump probably doesn't matter. Though I already have the downloads here: http://msitton.com/fofixdown/

But the real issue I am very out of the loop modern web design stuff, and these github pages all tend to look the same. So if anyone can work on a good website 👍

I've just rewrote pages with Pelican. The design is simple but it's easy to use and configure.

About the domain, we could use one, if needed. It's easy to setup with a CNAME file.

About downloads, in addition of your host, we could upload them as a release binary in this repo or another one (cf. fofix/fofix#32).
