emby-server installs but no web console available in Truenas 12.0

Hi,
Up recently upgraded to Truenas 12.0 from Freenas 11.3.
I removed my old install of emby-server and did a fresh Plugin install once on Truenas.
It seemed to install ok, but no web console available at http://myip:8096

Any suggestions?

PS: I also tried doing a manual install of the FreeBSD version 12.3 into a fresh jail ... but no joy either

Which plug in did you use? There are two in the store.

I do it from the stable(community) and have the same result
