Allow temporarilly exclude all Checks Based on a certain Device/Integration

I use an integration for my EV that hasn't worked for several weeks.

I have many automations and am getting a lot of errors from Spook due to missing entities. I am aware of the broken integration, but I cannot fix it at the moment. I don't want to delete or change all my automations, but I am worried that I might miss other important warnings because of the log spam.

I am hoping for a setting like: 'As long as integration [xy] is not loaded successfully, ignore all related errors.'
