Trigger on a broken integration

I am spotting that Tibber integration sometimes gets into broken state, mostly when their backend returns 5xx

I am wondering if it's possible to notify on this with a custom automation, but I couldn't find a way to do this.

I think the related sensors and the device would become unavailable but I am not sure whether I can use Spook as a trigger here (and if so, how).
