Add support for multiple script locations

Usage

• Set BLENDER_USER_SCRIPTS to the location of this repository (or your own structure with the startup directory contents copied over).
• Set BLENDER_STUDIO_SCRIPTS, which can contain many paths (like C:\my_studio;D:\my_project;E:\yet_another_Blender_scripts_folder).
