Drag and drop from downloads does not work on windows

After finally upgrading from v2 to v4.6.2, we noticed that dragging and dopping files from the downloads-list inside Chrome into the Froala editor does not work anymore. Is this a known issue? 
Works on MacOS, but not on Windows (Chrome, Edge).
