Implement enhanced git-flow release automation (refs #20)

- Add automatic version detection for push triggers
- Add push triggers for main branch with path filters
- Improve version validation with automatic detection
- Add version bump detection to skip unnecessary releases
- Fix GitHub Actions linter errors with correct action parameters
- Streamline workflow with proper job dependencies
- Add comprehensive debug information and validation
- Maintain backward compatibility with manual triggers
