Toml files create a lot of clutter and lack advanced flexibility.
New releases of Nuke happens often and since even patch releases are in a new directory, the amount of toml files will soon explode and become unmanageable.

Replace toml files with flexible actions.
The initial idea is to reference a regex like string to know which versions are allowed to be shown in the launcher.
