fix(remix): Respect custom default integrations (#25258)

The Remix Node SDK overwrites `defaultIntegrations`, so `false`, `[]`,
and custom arrays are ignored. Only generate the framework defaults when
the option is unset, matching the underlying Node SDK's behavior.
