Still Unable to Delete Custom Models

Describe the bug

It is not possible to delete ANY custom model for 7 days after ANY training run.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run a training
2. Try to delete any custom model (most recent, or old)

Expected behavior
Be able to delete any custom model at any time, for data safety concerns.

Hi @wbond

Once you click view details, there is another menu with actions available (Retrain model if after a week since the last training, Delete model will always be visible)

It appears that option is not available for "inactive" models.

We definitely are going to need the ability to delete all models, from a security and privacy standpoint.
