I built a multi-agent orchestration framework called BAZINGA that automates the execution phase after spec-kit planning. Would love feedback from folks using spec-kit on whether this is actually useful.
What It Does
BAZINGA reads your spec-kit artifacts (spec.md, tasks.md, plan.md) and executes them with automated parallel developers:
The flow:
Use spec-kit for planning (constitution → specify → plan → tasks)
Run /orchestrate-from-spec
BAZINGA spawns 1-4 AI developers based on which tasks can run in parallel
Updates tasks.md with checkmarks in real-time as work completes
Key features:
Parallel execution: Tasks marked [P] in your tasks.md run simultaneously
Automatic quality gates: Security scanning, linting, test coverage on all code
Real-time progress: Watch your tasks.md get checked off as developers complete work
Multi-language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, Ruby
Why I'm Posting
The integration works, but I built it for my own workflow. I'd really value feedback from people actually using spec-kit in production:
Is automated parallel execution useful for your spec-kit workflow?
What would make it more valuable? (edge cases, features, etc.)
Where does it break? (so I can fix it)
Try It (Optional)

Hey spec-kit community! 👋

Install BAZINGA
uvx --from git+https://github.com/mehdic/bazinga.git bazinga init --here
Your normal spec-kit workflow
/speckit.specify
/speckit.plan
/speckit.tasks
Execute with parallel developers
/orchestrate-from-spec
Full docs: https://github.com/mehdic/bazinga
I'm genuinely looking for honest feedback - if it doesn't fit your workflow, that's valuable to know too.
Thanks!
