Filtering repeated messages

Hello All,
I was trying to eliminate repeated lines from being sent to papertrail using logspout with filtering. Was there an adapter with name filter to do this? If it is not supported, is there any other way to do it?
My environment is
Logspout docker container "logspout v3.2.13"
Command to run logspout "docker run --restart=unless-stopped --name logspout -d -e SYSLOG_HOSTNAME=hostname -s -v=/var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock gliderlabs/logspout syslog+tls://YYYY.papertrailapp.com:XXXX"
