DJV 3.1.1 - Feature request: Add "Magnifier" #580
Description
In DJV 1.3 and 2.0 we had this handy "Magnify" tool which allows to zoom into a certain region while still having the rest of the image un-magnified (or having it's own "scaling").
In my opinion the "magnifier" should have the factors 2, 4, 8. (Factor 1 makes no sense since identical to the image.
